Do you charge extra for travel to my area?
No travel fees within Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County. We include site visits in our free estimate process — no hidden charges.
How soon can you come out for a quote?
We typically schedule free on-site estimates within 3–5 business days. For urgent repairs, we prioritize same-week visits whenever possible.
Do you handle permits in all three counties?
Yes. We manage the permitting process with Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade county offices, as well as any applicable city or municipality requirements.
What if I'm in a city not listed here?
We serve all waterfront communities in the three-county area. If you don't see your city, just call us at (561) 418-0383 and we'll confirm we cover your location.
Can you service a lift you didn't install?
Absolutely. We repair and service all major brands — Hi-Tide, Golden, Tide Tamer, Hurricane, Neptune, and many others — regardless of who installed them.
Do you work in HOA or marina communities?
Yes. We're experienced working within HOA restrictions and marina requirements, and we coordinate approvals on your behalf when needed.
